Tableau murale modulable en bois
Ref : TA44210CAP SUR LE COUCHANT is a modular wooden wall decoration, designed as a piece of art that can be reimagined thanks to its 16 sliding discs. Its square format, measuring 63 cm on each side, its solid oak frame and its handcrafted construction make it an original decorative piece, suitable for the living room, bedroom, hallway or office. Living art to touch, transform and share: with no limits other than your own.
With HEADING TOWARDS THE SETTING SUN, Jessica Lisse has created a poetic wall decoration that evokes a sense of escape, the sea and contemplation. The piece captures that precious moment when, after a long day’s journey, tiredness melts away in the face of the simple beauty of a landscape bathed in the light of the setting sun. True to the artist’s maritime theme, HEADING TOWARDS THE SUNSET invites you to slow down and savour this suspended moment to the full. This modular wall decoration combines contemporary art, design and creative expression. Crafted from wood with a solid oak frame, this 63 × 63 cm square wall hanging fits easily into a living room, hallway, bedroom, study or holiday home. The movable discs allow you to alter the composition horizontally and vertically, either to preserve the original artwork or to create a new interpretation as you wish. The round orange disc, Taquin’s signature feature, allows you to temporarily lock the chosen composition in place. CAP SUR LE COUCHANT is much more than a decorative painting: it is a stylish, playful and evolving piece of wall art.
Jessica Lisse is a painter born in 1990. She paints and writes daily, drawing on a sensitive world inspired by the sea. Waves, sea foam, free-spirited women, lost envelopes and enigmatic letters feature in her creations. Her paintings are exhibited at the Slow Galerie in Paris and the Buronzu Gallery in Liège, amongst other venues.
CAP SUR LE COUCHANT is ideal for those looking for original, poetic and versatile wall art. Its 16 discs allow you to change the artwork and regularly create new compositions. A unique wooden artwork that truly invites you on a journey within your home.
That’s the big question, and it’s perfectly normal to ask it! Nothing can replace the human eye when viewing a piece of art. To ensure there are no surprises, all the photos on our website are taken in daylight, without any colour-altering filters. If you want complete peace of mind, we invite you to look at the close-up photos so you can see the relief of the original surface or the texture of the painting. Light plays on textures. And if, despite this, you don’t fall in love with it when it arrives at your home, you are entirely free to return the artwork to us.
