LIBERTÉ

LIBERTÉ

LIBERTÉ is a modular wall decoration that transforms *Liberty Leading the People*, Eugène Delacroix’s iconic painting, into an artistic and creative experience. Crafted from wood with a solid oak frame, this 63 × 78 cm Taquin consists of 20 sliding panels. It fits naturally into a living room, hallway, bedroom, study or dining room, where it brings a strong and timeless artistic presence.

Painted in 1830, *Liberty Leading the People* depicts an allegorical scene inspired by the Three Glorious Days, the revolutionary days of July 1830. At the centre of the composition, Liberty advances amongst the people, brandishing the tricolour flag. The movement of the figures, the colour contrasts and the power of the scene lend the work a dimension that is at once historical, symbolic and deeply expressive. On this Taquin, the image can be mixed, moved and then recomposed using the movable discs, allowing you to gradually rediscover the details of this iconic work. The round orange disc, Taquin’s signature feature, allows you to temporarily lock in your chosen composition.
